As a commercial artist, I have worked for a wide range of companies including The Walt Disney Company, Hanna Barbera and Levi Strauss & Company. 

More recently, as a fine artist, my focus has been on painting, sculpture, and ceramics
with some time spent creating Liturgical Art for worship. 

I have taught art to all ages, facilitating workshops on varied techniques.

My work has appeared in galleries around the country and was recently chosen
for inclusion in the International Ceramics Art Network upcoming 2023 calendar.

 

Built into the ceramic process is a moment in which an artist must let go and trust the process
knowing that there may be surprises at the finale. I love the unexpected and the space
I have to make for the clay to become what it wants to be
not always what I think it should be.
