An item can be returned for a refund provided it is in perfect condition when it arrives back to me and is shipped within 5 business days of receipt. I do not accept returns on custom orders. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

In stock items will ship within 1-2 business days of receipt of order. Pottery that is not in stock is considered a custom order and can take 4-8 weeks to ship.
